| Long time no see everyone. I havent posted on here for months as my schedule has been absolutely hectic since January. Hope everyone is doing well. I ended up cashing out all my money at bodog ~$3,000 because I simply couldnt play enough and ended up using it as a down payment on my car. Anyways, I see bodog has taken away normal credit card payments so that sucks. I wanted to start playing again now that my schedule has slowed down and I dont have any travel plans anytime soon. Anyone have any suggestions as far as the easiest/safest place to deposit cash where I wont have any run-ins with my bank? I got a raise in april so now I have more cash to spend on the stuff that really matters (fishing, sushi, poker. not necessarily in that order). |

Hey Buck,
It's great to see you back and congratulations on the raise! Also, that's a nice cashout at Bodog and it always feels so much better paying for things with poker money.
Anyway, check out http://www.beatthefish.com/poker-reviews/sportsbook.com-poker.html for easy deposits. Somehow, they're able to process US credit cards without being blocked and we have a 100% bonus going with them right now.
I'm still on Bodog, but I've been playing on Sportsbook a lot as, for the most part, the players are even more clueless. Simply being patient and protecting your premium hands can earn you a huge profit. If you stand the variance of the occasional bad beat, this site has to be the new gold mine.
Good to see you back and hopefully you're enjoying the new car. |

Bodog can take $$ from your checking account if you verify your address, etc. I've had no problem doing it. (And hopefully you only have to do it once )
Sportsbook makes it easy to put $$ on too. |

| I did not see anything as far as direct deposit from a checking deposit. What option is it called on the bodog cashier page. Or, can i just call customer service and have them do a transfer. Their descriptions on the site are just plain ambiguous. |

Unfortunately, the e-check option has been unavailable since the end of January. For Bodog, I would recommend NUCharge, which I've used and have had good experiences with. NUCharge works through your credit card and is similar to other e-wallets. You can read more details at http://www.beatthefish.com/top-poker-rooms/nucharge.html .
For credit card deposits, I would have to recommend Sportsbook or Players Only as they're the only site I know of that can reliably process US credit cards. I also have a page written up about the process here: http://www.beatthefish.com/top-poker-rooms/us-credit-cards.html .

That's interesting.
I used the "Instant Check" method. But I had sent them my info before the ban era.
Any way you can get your $$ in there the better. |

J, Really? You're still able to deposit using Instant Check? I haven't seen that option in the cashier for ages now. |

| Yup. Instant check. I was surprised the option was still avail. But I guess it's the same as a wire transfer. |
