FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I qualify for the Beat The Fish private freerolls?

Check the "Important Notes" section for each freeroll listings, which you can find here. In order to be eligible, you always have to sign up for the poker room through our links.

I already have an account with the poker site. Can I still qualify?

If you signed up to the poker room through Beat The Fish, you may still qualify provided you meet the player points qualification outlined in the notes section. If you did not register through our site then, unfortunately, you are not eligible.

How do I register for the freerolls?

Again, check the "Important Notes" section. Sometimes, you will be automatically registered at the register date and other times you must manually register when registration begins.

Who should I contact if I am having problems registering?

Start with the poker room itself as they have the most readily available information on the schedule and structure of a specific freeroll. Be sure that you completed all necessary requirements in advance of any cutoff dates. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How large is the tournament field?

The typical tournament field is much smaller than public freerolls open to all players. When you play in our private freerolls, you're only playing against qualified players from our network. You should have a much greater chance at the prize pool with fewer opponents.

Can I win more than one package or redeem the prizes for cash?

No. Should you win two of the same package or cannot attend an event, the package will go to the second-place freeroll finisher.
