The tour will have 66 events
The tournament will award a total of 66 WSOP gold bracelets, 33 for each platform participants.

The much-awaited $10,000 Main Event (the WSOP No-Limit Hold’em World Championship) will start on November 4, 2021, if the circumstances allow it. The event is set to occur in Las Vegas at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, but it will also be hosted on both WSOP and GGPoker online platforms beginning August 1.

WSOP has been active since 1970
The tournament has been annually hosted since 1970, and it draws thousands of players from more than 100 countries worldwide.

More About the Events

Director of the World Series of Poker, Gregory Chochon, said:

“The bar has been set with last year’s record-breaking series, but we’re hoping to raise it even higher this year. One of our goals is to provide as many people the chance to become champions as possible. However, we know not everyone can or is comfortable traveling yet, so continuing a robust online bracelet offering in 2021 is a must.”

On the other side, the head of poker operations at GGPoker, Steve Preiss, announced:

“When GGPoker & WSOP partnered in 2020, we broke world records. Our plans for 2021 are to offer even more to our customers. With massive tournaments, WSOP gold bracelets & rings, and a route into the live WSOP Main Event in November, we hope players will love what we have in store for them.”
