Live poker tournament series are back! Here is a list of the hottest in-person events that you’ll be able to take part in this summer.

Casinos across America are relaxing their COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, allowing poker tournaments to get started again. We’re looking forward to all of the great events that will be taking place in the coming months.

These are some of the biggest live poker tournaments across America that you can look forward to taking part in over the summer.

Wynn Summer Classic – May 27th to July 13th

Over 30 events will be held in the Wynn Summer Classic this year, which runs until July 13.  Over $16 million is guaranteed across the series, with survivor, HORSE, Omaha, NLHE and bounty events on the schedule.

The highlight of the 2021 Wynn Summer Classic is the Wynn Millions, which has a whopping $10 million guarantee.  The buy-in for the event is $10,000, but there are plenty of satellites available from $200.

WPT Seminole Hard Rock Tampa – June 9th to June 22nd

The World Poker Tour is coming to the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa for a 21-event series. Here, you’ll find a mix of PLO, NLHE and HORSE events. Formats include turbos, deep stacks and freezeouts with buy-ins ranging from $250 to $2,220.

The $3,500 Main Event will begin on June 18th, and there will be two starting flights. A $2 million guarantee is attached to this event.

The Orleans Summer Poker Series – June 11th to July 22nd

The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will be hosting its huge summer series throughout June and July, after being postponed earlier this year. There are dozens of events in this series with affordable buy-ins starting at $150.

In this series, you’ll find a great range of events. NLHE, Omaha, 8-Game Mix, HORSE and Triple Stud are all on the schedule.

CardPlayer Poker Tour Jacksonville – June 17th to June 28th

The CardPlayer Poker Tour will return to bestbet Jacksonville for an 11-event series, kicking off with a $560 NLHE tournament. Bounty, Monster Stack, HORSE, NLHE, and Omaha events are all on the schedule for this series.

The Main Event will run from June 25th to June 28th with a buy-in of $2,500 – but, there are daily $120 satellites running from now until June 16th. Over the years, the grand prize winners of the Card Player Poker Tour Main event have won between $60,000 and $85,000.

PokerGO Cup – July 1st to July 10th

The PokerGO Cup is an eight-tournament series that consists of NLHE and PLU events.  It is a high roller-focused series, as buy-ins will range from $25,000 to $100,000.

Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open – July 22nd to August 10th

The Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open will be taking place later this summer. It consists of 43 events, and there are over $8,000,000 in guarantees.

The SHRPO features a range of NLHE, HORSE and Omaha events. Freezeouts, quad stacks, deep stacks, re-buys and high roller tournaments as all on the schedule.

The $5,250 Championship begins on August 6th, and there is a $3 million guarantee for the event. There are also several $140 satellites that could earn you entry into the championship.

Venetian Deepstack Showdown – August 2nd to August 29th

The Deepstack Showdown at the Venetian in Las Vegas consists of well over 30 events. Buy-ins range from $250 to $600, and there are bounties, freezeouts and survivor tournaments on the schedule.

An Online Option – WSOP.com Summer Online Circuit

If you’d still rather not visit a land-based casino, then you can still enjoy summer poker action online. The WSOP.com Summer Online Super Circuit starts on June 10th.

There are 18 events in this series, and buy-ins range from $215 to $5,300. Turbos, re-buys, freezeouts, monster stack, double stack, 6-max and 8-max events are all on the schedule. The main event will start on June 27th, with a $525 buy-in and a $250,000 guarantee.
