As usual, there are plenty of exciting events for poker hopefuls to take part in. No Limit Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha, Lowball Draw, H.O.R.S.E, Razz and Mixed games are all included, and there are all sorts of formats. So, if you prefer something a little more interesting than a standard tournament, there are:
New Additions to the WSOP Lineup
In addition to the usual events, there are also some notable tournaments that you’ll want to keep up with. The $1979 Poker Hall of Fame Bounty invites all WSOP Poker Hall of Famers to take part, with each participant having a bounty on their head worth the year that they were inducted. For example, if Erik Seidel took part, his bounty would be worth $2010.
A $1000 COVID-19 Relief No Limit Hold’em Charity Event will be held on the first day of the event. It’s not very often that a WSOP event is played with proceeds going to charity, and we’d definitely like to see this become a new annual tradition.
So, there’s certainly plenty to look forward to at the upcoming World Series of Poker. Even if you’re not heading to Vegas, you’ll certainly want to tune in and stay up-to-date with the happenings at this years WSOP – and, we’ll be here to keep you in the know.
